  3. bello ma non posso inserire post nè foto nè altro, solo rispondere ai tuoi post.
Temo che il blog di google sia un po' limitato come possibilità, forse ci vorrebbe un altro strumento

  7. It is with pleasure that I write this letter of reference for Josh Burton.
Josh Burton worked with me at Ettamogah Entertainment for a period of 2 years ending in September 2010.
My position in that period was Art Director first and Director after. During that period, I had the great pleasure of working directly with him on many different aspects of the Production.
Josh’s starting position was as Lighter, but soon after he started working, he helped and expanded his field of work greatly. Below you can find a list of the technical areas where Josh has been an invaluable asset to the Production.
    - Managing the render farm, making sure all render's finish correctly, and troubleshooting render issues
    - Design and write a compositing pipeline, automating tasks like auto-comping shots/sequences.
    - Light shots
    - Composite shots
    - Pipeline supervising - making sure correct folder structure is used, troubleshooting problems with assets, create scripts to automate tasks
    - Assist in designing an asset management system (Tactic)
    - Primary technical (3D) contact for outsourcing studio

I have been incredibly impressed with Josh’s ability to work on so many different fronts and at the same time maintaining such constant high quality result.

I could go on describing Josh’s Technical knowledge, but it wouldn’t do justice to all the other important aspects of him as a team player.
Josh is hard-working person who invariably understands exactly what the project is all about from the outset. He has a great problem solving attitude, he would never stop trying alternative ways to find solutions. He is extremely proactive and doesn’t need to be prompted to find, assess and solve a problem. He can work perfectly in isolation or within a team. He has no problems following instructions and at the same time he would bring to the table his opinions. During his two years at Ettamogah Entertainment I cannot remember an instance in which he missed a major deadline.
Josh also has a very good creative and stylistic sensibility which, I think, sometimes is hard to find in this industry, in highly technical people. I was always comfortable talking to him about my creative vision knowing that Josh would “get it”.
For all these reasons Josh was chosen to travel to China and Singapore with myself and the Producer, scouting for outsourcing Studios to help our production. Also in that occasion he was instrumental to the assessment and final decisions.
On a personal level I found Josh extremely easy to get along and so did all the rest of the people at the studio. I have never seen him angry or reactive. He is very calm and he never overreacts.
For his young age, Josh has a maturity that has impressed me.
I was sad to lose him as part of our team, he will be hard to replace.
I can confidently say that he will be a great asset to your company. You won’t be disappointed.

    Si puo'.
Se non volete scrivere tanto nel box perche' vi stressa, potete scrivere quello che volete in un word doc o notepad e fare copia, incolla nel box.
    Fatto.
Domani vedo di risolvere la storia dei link e foto.
